This will be the second Musical Fruitcake kicked off by M83; this time with a much more significant selection.  And it just hit me…last year’s Fruitcake started with a song called Intro as well, that one by XX.  You know what they say, you put 100 monkeys in a room with 100 typewritters and eventually they will put two different tracks with the same name onto two different compilations of music that they make.

Back to this track by M83.  This is the best effort that they have ever put forward IMO.  So full and emotional, so filled with sunlight and smiles and longing and goosebumps.  I have been looking forward to this post for the last month, chomping at the bit to get it into your ears and now, here we are.  You are listening, I am smiling and we have a beautiful start to this exciting Fruitcake.  I love you so much….but it just might be the pulsing keyboards blasting into my ears as I write this….no, I love you all.  See you tomorrow with a track from Dave!! – Joseph Lacko
